Why the safety cap still can not be opened after fully released the steam?

Please check whether it is because the Robber 0-Rings of the lid are broken. If yes. please contact our Comsumer Ser for the replacement O-rings.

Why can't the safety cap be opened after using?

Because the steam is not fully released. please try the following steps.

1. Unplug First

2. Invert the steam cleaning device. then keep pressing down to fully release the steam.

3. Open the lid

4. Add water into the steam deaner
How much water we recommend to add?

Our handheld steamer cleaner is with 15.21OZ(450ML) large water tank capacity. We recommend not more than 11.830Z(350ML) water for better using experience. Or it may cause water leak during heating and using.

Why is the steam cleaner not pressurized enough when using?

Please kindly check whether the safety cap is tight or not? If not please cool down the device and reopen the cap and tight it. NOTE: We do not recommend customer using the steam cleaner without tightening since it may get burned.
Why the steam cleaner get air leak after installing the accessories and heat up to use?

Firstly. please press the ON/OFF Button. after pressing once. the air leak issue wil disappear so pressing once. the air leak issue wil disappear so you can use to clean you house.
